Colleague pressurizing me to do her work and takes credit for my work.

I am angry as I am not able to say no to my senior when she asks me to share my work with her and then she presents it and takes full credit. I want to shout and say nooooooooo. but being a junior and my personality I cannot utter even a word. totally have to suppress my inner echoes
