Usually that's the release valve. Today even that isn't working. Sitting with a blank page for 20 minutes now.

Not sad about it exactly, more like noticing it. The restaurant staff recognise me now which feels like both progress and not.

Started at 4pm today instead of evening. Is this just what life is now? Looking for anyone who's found a way to blunt the dread.

Nobody notices because it's quiet. 20 seconds, dab eyes, back to desk. Is this a sustainable coping mechanism? I know the answer.
