Every time I put the phone down my chest tightens like there's a deadline hiding in there. Six days in a row of this. Anyone else unable to properly log off?

Third time this week. A year ago I couldn't even buy groceries. Writing this so future-me sees the arc.

The universe is testing me this week. If anyone has a calendar hack for multi-front weeks I'm all ears.

20 years of this and somehow it still ruins a whole evening. I know better than to react. I reacted.
